2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 827 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(3) and 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of confining the informant for four days in a room and forcibly established physical relation with her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. From the FIR, it appears to be a case of consensual sex. The matter has been settled between the parties.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/ concerned Court in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S.
