In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.277 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he along with others have forcibly stopped the motorcycle of the brother of the informant and caused fire arm injury, led to his death.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18843 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
