ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No.359 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 435, 307, 353, 379, 332, 333, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 145, 146, 147, 174A of the R.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at best, the petitioner can be treated to be a member of the crowd which had gathered and was protesting against the difficulty being faced with regard to Sand Mazdoor Sangh. Learned counsel further submits that there is no specific role attached to the petitioner.

No.16351 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No.359 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
