The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 214 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from Bolero Vehicle and he has no concern with the illicit liquor and alleged vehicle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65067 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019.
