2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of killing his wife for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two daughters have been born out of the wedlock who are aged about two and half years and three months. The deceased committed suicide because she had two daughters only. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2023. It has also been submitted that the children are staying with the father of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts that two children are too be looked after and also considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 29 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
