2.Earlier thrice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 01.12.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6978 of 2023 with observation to renew the prayer for bail if trail is not concluded within nine months.
3. In this case, cognizance was taken on 17.11.20222 and thereafter, charges were framed on 21.09.2023 and summons were issued to the witnesses, but till date, not a single witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 111(A)/2017 (arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 257/2017).
