2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is that they alongwith their associates demolished the room at construction site of the informant forcibly and took away all the articles on a tractor.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that present case has been filed only with a view to put undue pressure on these petitioners, who are witness in a title suit, which is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81255 of 2019(5) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 pending before the Court of learned Sub- Judge, Danapur between Shahida Khatoon and the informant. No such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., has taken place. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
