The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 363/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a very perusal of the First Information Report reveals that the main allegation is against the husband of the deceased lady and not the present petitioner who has been randomly named in the First Information Report. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is the stepbrother of the husband of the deceased lady and has no connection with the occurrence and only a passing allegation has been made against him that he has also participated in the occurrence. No.16236 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 petitioner in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S.
