Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under section 376 I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner as it is quite surprising that for three months physical relation was made forcibly but she did not raise any

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019.
