2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 155/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2022.

3. While this Court after hearing Mr. Singh, learned Senior Counsel, was going to grant bail to this petitioner, learned counsel for the informant submitted that in the trial all the witnesses have been examined.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
