2. This is the third attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier on two occasions such prayer was rejected vide order dated 26.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44664 of 2023 and order dated 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10684 of 2024 respectively.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 382 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. The petitioner has been caught with a country made pistol while planning to commit loot. He is in jail since 02.06.2022 having criminal antecedents also.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge XIV, Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 382 of 2022, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the close blood relative of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Pirbahore Police Station, District-Patna on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
