2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 344 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 08/20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle from which Ganja was recovered. The petitioner was not found in the vehicle.

4. It has been submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no role in the illegal transpiration of Ganja. It is the driver who has done this illegal act. The petitioner is in jail since 14.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 344 of 2022.
