2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 358 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 120(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is that after having drinking session on the roof of the apartment, they pushed the deceased who died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. He further submits that the deceased and the accused persons were having a drinking session and the deceased died an accidental death as he

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Patna Sadar, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 358 of 2024.
