The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwa P.S. Case No.196 of 2012 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6790 of 2015. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case but it appears that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected more than 3 1⁄2 years ago but even then the petitioner did not surrender in the court below and again made prayer for anticipatory bail. Petitioner has intentionally avoided to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21463 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 in the court below even after rejection of his anticipatory bail petition by this Court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find any reason to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
