2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.7.2019 passed by learned 10th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Rev. No. 08 of 2017/05 of 2019 and also for quashing of the order dated 28.10.2016 passed in Complaint Case No. 893 of 2011 by which the cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections 465,471 I.P.C. against the accused persons including the petitioner.

3. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
