The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Tiyai) P.S. Case No.145 of 2022 registered under Sections 385, 387, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1305 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur (Tiyai) P.S. Case No.145 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
