====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 341, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that eleven accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant after having abused him. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted one Laxman Mahto with Farsa causing head injury. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.04.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is

General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted bail by another Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 50840 of 2019 under order dated 16.08.2019 vide Annexure-3 to the present application.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- VI, Darbhanga, in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019.
