The petitioner in this case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No.206 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner.
Learned APP for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein there are allegations against the petitioner being
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67459 of 2019(3) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that in course of investigation materials have come to show that the marriage between the deceased and the petitioner had taken place ten years ago and the deceased is residing in her maike and died in some suspicious circumstance at bus stand are the contentions which may be considered at the time of regular bail.
