2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41712 of 2025.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the time granted to the petitioner for surrender and for furnishing his bail bonds is extended by four weeks from today.
