2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 102/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/448/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the injury is simple in nature, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
