This is an appeal under Section 14(A) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st -cum-Special Judge, Nawada, in Nawada Mahila Police Station Case No.45 of 2017 registered under Sections 376/506/114/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Allegation against the appellant is that he ravished to the informant.

The informant has supported the allegation in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Hence, the appellant does
