The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 506, 420, 427, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is a land dispute between the parties for which a Title Suit being T.S. No. 50 of 2016 is going on and on account of land dispute only, the petitioner has falsely been implicated by informant not only in this case but also in another three cases, which would be

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019.
