JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 447 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegations made in the first information report by the informant of the case against the petitioner that he is involved in theft of several materials, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail even though some other co-accused have already been granted regular bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
