This MJC application has been filed for modification in Cr.W.J.C.No.1414 of 2017 as well as order dated 20.09.2017 passed in the aforesaid writ application. Both modifications are clerical one. First modification has been sought for that the name of the father of the petitioner should be written as "Shri Shiv Kumar Singh" instead of "Shri Sheo Kumar Singh". Second modification is that Registration No. of the Bolero Vehicle be recorded "BR-09M-9487" which has wrongly been recorded "BR-09M-9467".

Both errors be corrected wherever occurred.

Patna High Court MJC No.2941 of 2017 (3) dt.15-11-2017 This MJC application stands disposed of accordingly.
