This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 45791 of 2017. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 45791 of 2017 with certain observation. This is a 3rd Modification application filed on behalf of the petitioners.

This Court does not find any merit to entertain the application.

The application stands dismissed.

Petitioners are directed to surrender before the court
