2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhramath P.S.Case No. 58 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 379, 307, 302, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Due to land dispute, the accused persons are entered into the house of the informant and one co-accused Bindeshwar Mandal is said to have fired upon the deceased, who died in course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74889 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Andhramath P.S.Case No. 58 of 2022.
