2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 147, 148, 149, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, while opposing the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, submits that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the case is fixed for statement of son of the deceased.

4. Considering the advanced stage of trial, the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78630 of 2025(3) dt.30-01-2026 2/2 for grant bail of to the petitioner is rejected.

5. However, considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2023, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
