JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 307, 324, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2019. He submits that on account of the dispute about money transaction between the parties, the occurrence took place. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has remained in custody for more than nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him.
