The petitioners seek bail in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31236 of 2019 vide order dated 10.05.2019. The

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No.653 of 2018.
