Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 325, 326, 341, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that out of nine witnesses, eight witnesses have been examined and only the I.O. remains to be examined.

The Court expects that the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad will ensure that the I.O. of the case is examined at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from today. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Session Trial No. 191 of 2021 arising out of Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Aurangabad/successor Court.

Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
