JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 112 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 411, 413, 414, 467 and 34 of IPC. Police on information recovered two motorcycles and it is said that one motorcycle is one of the co-accused, in which accused and the petitioner came in Barati and it is said the said motorcycle is stolen one.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has also came in Barati along with the coaccused. There is nothing against this petitioner and his name transpires only on the confessional statement of the co-accused. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64650 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Chamapran, Motihari, in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 112 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
