1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324(4)(5) of the BNS Act as well as Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of six cases and is in custody since 26.08.2024 and allegation is of recovery of 1095.840 litres of liquor from a Bolero Pickup.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested from the spot as such nothing was recovered from his conscious possession and is not the owner of the seized vehicle and he came to be implicated based on suspicion. It is further submitted that once an accused is implicated in a case of liquor the police start implicating

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024.
