The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, the informant alleged that after getting information about his daughter, he along with his wife reached at his daughter's house but did not found her. It is further alleged that the petitioner is indulged in hatching conspiracy to kill the his daughter in connivance with other accused persons and concealed her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased due to which he has

The petitioner has no concern mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband and lives separately from them. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody upon whom, it was his responsibility to keep his wife well. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.7.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 111 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.
