2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 329(4), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3 (5) of the BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R., on 13.05.2025 at about 3:30 PM, all the three accused persons including these petitioners came at the land of of informant and started removing tied cows. Upon protest from informant, petitioner No. 2 and co-accused Guddu Pratap Singh assaulted on the head of informant with brick and petitioner No. 1 forcibly restrained the informant and crushed

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the present F.I.R. has been lodged after the delay of 12 days for which there is no plausible explanation . In fact, the present case is counter blast of Danapur P S Case No. 504 of 2025 which was lodged by petitioners side against informant and others. As a matter of fact, on account of land dispute , a simple quarrel took place between both the parties in which injuries caused by these petitioners are simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM I Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 541 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita
