1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding upon the respondent no.3 (District Magistrate, Munger) for disposing/deciding the Service Appeal No. 02/2022 23 dated 04.06.2022, preferred by Petitioner against his termination as Gramin Awas Sahayak, expeditiously as the appellate authority has failed to pass the order within 90 days as per Clause 3(च) of Letter No. 196 dated 25.03.2022 issued by Commissioner, MANREGA-cum-Chef Executive Officer, Bihar Rural Development Society, Patna.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought a direction upon the District Magistrate, Munger, to dispose off the pending appeal filed by the petitioner. It is directed accordingly.

3. It is needless to state that the District Magistrate, Munger, shall dispose off the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner, if not already disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
