Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mainatand P.S.Case No.47 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 188, 382, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Altogether 46 accused persons are named in the FIR including the petitioners with allegation that they came over the land of the informant to plough the land and it is alleged that they are members of the MAALE organization. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Mainatand P.S.case No.47 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
