2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/201 of the IPC.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have killed 13 years old daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is wife of petitioner and deceased is their daughter. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion since he had estranged relation with his wife. No one has seen the occurrence. He is in custody since 10.5.2022. Till date, out of 7 charge sheet witnesses, 5 of them have been examined.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70732 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 collected during investigation, period of custody of the petitioner and progress of trial, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Riga Police Station Case No. 157 of 2022/ Sessions Trial No. 632 of 2024.
