The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

According to the F.I.R. one Rani Jha had given money to the criminals for commission of murder of Mukhiya Manoranjan Kumar Giri. Allegation is that the petitioner is the leader of group of criminals.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and co-accused Rani Jha has been allowed anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 38200 of 2017 and co-accused Kanhaiya Kumar has been allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58330 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 2/2 regular bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35576 of 2017, vide Annexure- 2 and 3.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ujiyarpur Police Station Case No. 32 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
