2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 279 of 2024 lodged on 07.10.2024, for the offence punishable under Section 80(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against two named accused persons other than the present petitioner. It has been alleged in the FIR that the informant's daughter has committed suicide after quarrel with her husband on mobile. Demanding of dowry is also there in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has figured in this case at subsequent stage during investigation. Counsel submits that the present petitioner is the brother in law (devar) of the deceased. Counsel submits that one of the named accused persons namely, Raushan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3900 of 2025. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. As such, in the present facts and circumstances of this case considering the fact that one of the named accused persons namely, Raushan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
