Patna High Court CWJC No.7025 of 2018 dt.19-06-2018 no.2) whereby and whereunder the distributorship of the petitioner in the name and style of M/s Yuvraj Gramin Gas Vitrak has been suspended which is given for the sale of LPG known as HP Gas in cylinders only for household consumers and commercial consumers in the distribution area of Amnour, District Saran, Bihar.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Sandip Singh submits that the grievance of the petitioner has now been redressed. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition need not be pressed.
