2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2) and 334(1) of B.N.S.
3. The case of the prosecution is that certain miscreants have committed theft in the office of the informant and from there, one laptop and cash of Rs. 60,000/- were stolen.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was remanded in this case from Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024. It has been submitted that petitioner has been framed in this case due to his criminal antecedent. Nothing has been

Though, he is having criminal antecedent of ten cases but it has been submitted that he has been framed in these cases after Patliputra P.S. Case No. 591 of 2024. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 14.01.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-X, Patna.
