2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 13593 of 2022 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 14.12.2022.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 4 to 6, the MJC No. 3025 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
