The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 30 (a) , / 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 228 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from a pick-up van and 120 litres from Alto Car. It is further contended that petitioners are labourers and they were loading the said illegal liquor on the instance of owner of the liquor. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedents and are in custody since 1.8.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.52040 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 101 of 2017 with further conditions that one of the bailors of the petitioners must be the resident of State of Bihar.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
