That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction commanding the concerned Respondents to prevent the encroachers not to create any nuisance or to encroach upon the Govt. land in Mauza-Tenduri, under Karagahar P.S. within the district of Rohtas pertaining to Thana No. 325, Khata No. 127, 88, 210 plot No. 893, 745, 1162,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16476 of 2023(4) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 163, 1164 as well as for removal of encroachment over the land which is exclusively a Govt. land but in order to derive illegal gain and to grab the Govt. land as well the encroachers are Creating hindrance and causing nuisance and have illegally encroached for which the petitioner have already approached the competent authority but grievance of the petitioners have not yet been redressed and the authority respondents are sitting tight over the matter, as such the act of the Respondents is illegal, erroneous and unjust and the same is causing serious prejudice to the petitioners."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Circle Officer, Karagahar, District-Rohtas, for removal of the encroachment in question made over Government land. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
