This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S.Case No.32/17 (arising out of Gopalpur P.S.Cae no.95 of 2017) for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24 and 27 (A)/29 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 10 kg. Ganja from the shop of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as it has not been recovered from the shop of the petitioner rather from the backside of the shop of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.6.2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54045 of 2017 (3) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of 10 kg. Ganja which is quite more than small quantity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
