Allegation against the petitioner is that he was dealing with the sand without valid challan and as such committed theft of the sand.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has a valid challan which has been annexed as Annxure-2 and he has no criminal antecedent.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts aforesaid and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10907 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with Barun P.S.
