The petitioner seeks bail in Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is said to have resorted firing on the informant over land dispute. The doctor has found fire arm injury on the temporal region of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the own brother of the informant and has been falsely implicated in the case due to land dispute. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 03.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not
