This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amdabad P.S. Case No.116 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 96, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

Though the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 183 of the BNSS it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner and thereafter they got married. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
