2.The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by order dated 09.02.2016 and 19.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51816 of 2015
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79351 of 2024(2) dt.02-12-2024 2/2 and Cr. Misc. No. 39771 of 2016 respectively.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that that petitioner has filed a Writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No. 714 of 2021 before this Court for payment of retiral dues and recovery of alleged amount (Rs. 4,98,475/-) from his retiral benefits.
5. At this juncture, no fresh and reasonable ground is made for reconsideration of the anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
6. Accordingly, petition stands disposed of.
