2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 371, 370(A), 376, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Girls were forced to involve themselves in prostitution. Petitioner's house has been found to be used for immoral purposes. The lady recovered has been found to be major and they have not said anything about the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72485 of 2023(5) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 and the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioners are in custody since 20.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C.-cum-A.M. 2nd Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
